Why we use it
To contact you about your application (legitimate interest, at your request). Course news only if you tick the optional box (consent).
Who we share it with
The university you choose to apply to, only with your agreement. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a student through us.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@markcon.org.
Complaints
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Services that handle it
Our CRM system stores your enquiry. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) also handles that chat under its own privacy policy.
